Toast de brunch au vin rosé
Ingredients
- 2 Thick Slices of Sourdough Bread
- 4 Tbsp Yo Mama’s Rosé Sauce
- ½ Cup Fresh Arugula
- 4 Slices Lox
- ½ Avocado, Sliced
- ¼ Cup Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 Small Radishes, Sliced
- ¼ Tsp Chili Flakes
- Drizzle of Truffle Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cut 2 thick slices of sourdough bread
- Place 2 tbsp of Yo Mama’s Rosé sauce on each slice and spread evenly
- Toast sourdough until crispy
- Top with fresh arugula, lox, avocado, cherry tomatoes and radish
- Sprinkle with chili flakes
- Drizzle toast with truffle olive oil and enjoy!
