Toast de brunch au vin rosé

Ingredients

  • 2 Thick Slices of Sourdough Bread 
  • 4 Tbsp Yo Mama’s Rosé Sauce
  • ½ Cup Fresh Arugula
  • 4 Slices Lox 
  • ½ Avocado, Sliced 
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Cherry Tomatoes 
  • 3 Small Radishes, Sliced 
  • ¼ Tsp Chili Flakes
  • Drizzle of Truffle Olive Oil


 

Instructions

  1. Cut 2 thick slices of sourdough bread 
  2. Place 2 tbsp of Yo Mama’s Rosé sauce on each slice and spread evenly 
  3. Toast sourdough until crispy 
  4. Top with fresh arugula, lox, avocado, cherry tomatoes and radish
  5. Sprinkle with chili flakes
  6. Drizzle toast with truffle olive oil and enjoy!
