Toast au fromage de chèvre fouetté

Ingredients

1 cup goat cheese

½ tbsp honey

4 x slices sourdough

1 cup mixed berries 

2 tbsp Yo Mama’s Balsamic Dressing

Garnish: fresh basil and black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the goat cheese and honey. Whip using a hand mixture until the mixture becomes smooth (about 3 minutes)
  2. Top 4 slices of toasted sourdough with goat cheese mixture 
  3. Add mixed berries
  4. Drizzle with Yo Mama’s Balsamic Dressing 
  5. Garnish with fresh basil and black pepper
  6. Enjoy!
