Stromboli à la vodka
Ingredients
400g pizza dough
14 slices genoa salami
8 slices provolone cheese
⅓ cup + ½ cup Yo Mama’s Vodka Sauce
Instructions
On a baking tray, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle
Evenly place the genoa salami and provolone cheese in the centre leaving ½ an inch of crust around the border
Place ⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Vodka Sauce in the centre and spread evenly on top of the cheese and salami
Slowly fold in the 1/2 inch crust toward the centre to seal the crust
Tightly roll the dough starting from the shorter side
Score the dough slightly and bake at 400F for 20 minutes
Out of the oven, slice into 1.5 inch sections
Dip into the remaining Yo Mama’s Vodka sauce and Enjoy!
