Soupe de tomates au vin rosé

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • ½ Cup Chopped Basil 
  • 1 Jar Yo Mama’s Rosé Sauce
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 ¼ Cup Heavy Cream 
  • Fresh Parsley and Black Pepper for Garnish 


 

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot on medium heat, add in butter and basil. Cook until fragrant - about 2 mins 
  2. Add in 1 Jar of Yo Mama’s Rosé sauce 
  3. Add 2 cups of water 
  4. Let cook on high until soup is thoroughly heated 
  5. Turn off heat and add in 1 cup heavy cream. Mix thoroughly 
  6. Remove from heat and serve with a drizzle of the remaining heavy cream
  7.  Garnish with black pepper and fresh parsley
  8. Enjoy!
