Sliders de poulet Buffalo
Ingredients
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce
½ tsp pepper
12 brioche slider buns
8 slice provolone cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tbsp pickle slices
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly
- Place the chicken mixture onto the bottom half of the slider buns
- Top with provolone cheese, shredded lettuce and pickle slices
- Place the top bun of the sliders
- Brush the brioche with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic flakes
- Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and sliders are slightly toasted
- Out of the oven, let cool for 5 mins and enjoy!
