Saumon en croûte de pistache
Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
¼ cup Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp fresh dill
2 x salmon filets
1 cup crushed pistachios
Garnish: 2 lemon slices
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream and Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing. Mix thoroughly
- Season with salt and pepper. Add fresh dill and mix
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the 2 salmon filets
- Coat the top of the salmon with crushed pistachios
- Air Fry at 350F for 8-10 minutes
- Garnish with lemon slices and enjoy!
