Sandwich portobello à la marinara
Ingredients
- 6 Portobello Mushrooms - Stems Removed
- 2 Tsp Olive Oil
- ⅛ Tsp Salt
- ⅛ Tsp Pepper
- ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Ciabatta Buns
- 4 Tbsp Yo Mama’s Marinara Sauce
- ¼ Cup Roasted Red Peppers
- 2 Tbsp Goat Cheese
- ½ Cup Micro Arugula
Instructions
- Place portobello mushrooms on a baking tray and brush with olive oil
- Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Bake at 350F for 10 minutes
- Slice 2 x ciabatta buns in half and place 1 tbsp of Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce on the bottom bun
- To assemble, add mushroom, roasted red pepper, goat cheese and arugula
- Add 1 tbsp of Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce on the top bun
- Place the top bun onto the sandwich and secure with a sandwich pick
- Enjoy!
