Sandwich au brie, figues et prosciutto

Ingredients

4 x slices of sourdough bread

3 black figs

1 x wheel of brie cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp Yo Mama’s Spicy Ketchup

6 x slices of prosciutto


 

Instructions

  1. Slice sourdough bread into 4 slices and set aside
  2. Slice figs lengthwise and set aside
  3. Brush sourdough with olive oil and place on a pan on medium heat
  4. Assemble sandwich directly in the pan
  5. Spread 1 tbsp of Yo Mama’s Spicy Ketchup onto the sourdough
  6. Top with brie, figs and prosciutto
  7. Place another piece of sourdough on top and brush the top with olive oil
  8. Flip sandwich once golden brown
  9. Remove from heat and let cool 
  10. Slice in half and enjoy!
