Sandwich au brie, figues et prosciutto
Ingredients
4 x slices of sourdough bread
3 black figs
1 x wheel of brie cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Yo Mama’s Spicy Ketchup
6 x slices of prosciutto
Instructions
- Slice sourdough bread into 4 slices and set aside
- Slice figs lengthwise and set aside
- Brush sourdough with olive oil and place on a pan on medium heat
- Assemble sandwich directly in the pan
- Spread 1 tbsp of Yo Mama’s Spicy Ketchup onto the sourdough
- Top with brie, figs and prosciutto
- Place another piece of sourdough on top and brush the top with olive oil
- Flip sandwich once golden brown
- Remove from heat and let cool
- Slice in half and enjoy!
