Salade de chou frisé festive
Ingredients

½ cup Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp dijon mustard
Juice from ¼ lemon
3 cups kale
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 x honeycrisp apple, sliced
2 x orange slices
2 tbsp crushed pistachios
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
2 x sprigs of rosemary
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the salad dressing, in a bowl, combine Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil with minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, salt, pepper, maple syrup, dijon mustard and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
- To a large bowl, add in the kale and pour the dressing over the kale. Using your hands, massage the dressing into the kale.
- Divide the kale into 2 salad bowls and top with apple, orange slices, pistachios and feta cheese
- Garnish with rosemary sprigs
- Enjoy!
Note: Yields 2 portions. Best served fresh.
