Salade d'asperges rôties

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS


 

1 x bundle of asparagus

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 tbsp Olive Oil 

¼ cup grape tomatoes

1 tsp fresh parsley

1 tsp minced garlic

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

¼ cup Yo Mama’s Olive Oil

¼ lemon 

1 x burrata cheese

1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Garnish: black pepper


 

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the bundle of asparagus on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper 
  2. Drizzle with Yo Mama’s Olive oil and massage the oil into the asparagus
  3. Roast at 400 F for 15 minutes
  4. While the asparagus is roasting, slice grape tomatoes in half lengthwise and roughly chop the parsley 
  5. Place the asparagus on a plate and add the tomatoes and burrata 
  6. Garnish with parsley and black pepper
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze
  8. Enjoy!
