Quiche aux artichauts, épinards et champignons

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

7 x eggs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

¼ cup Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing

¼ cup mushrooms

½ cup spinach

½ cup marinated artichokes

1 x pre-made pie crust


 

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs and season with salt and pepper
  2. Pour in Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing 
  3. Add in the mushrooms, spinach and artichokes
  4. Pour the mixture into a pie crust 
  5. In a separate bowl, beat 4 eggs and pour into the pie crust
  6. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes
  7. Out of the oven, let cool for 10 mins
  8. Slice and enjoy!
