Quiche aux artichauts, épinards et champignons

7 x eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
¼ cup Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing
¼ cup mushrooms
½ cup spinach
½ cup marinated artichokes
1 x pre-made pie crust
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, beat 3 eggs and season with salt and pepper
- Pour in Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing
- Add in the mushrooms, spinach and artichokes
- Pour the mixture into a pie crust
- In a separate bowl, beat 4 eggs and pour into the pie crust
- Bake at 400F for 30 minutes
- Out of the oven, let cool for 10 mins
- Slice and enjoy!
