Poulet piquant au sriracha
Ingredients
6 x chicken thighs
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ cup sriracha
½ cup Yo Mama’s Original Marinara
1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Ensure the chicken is washed and pat dry
- Place chicken in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Set aside
- In a bowl, combine sriracha with Yo Mama’s Original Marinara and mix thoroughly
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and mix until the chicken is thoroughly coated in sauce
- Grease a cast iron skillet with olive oil and place the chicken into the skillet
- Sprinkle more black pepper if desired and bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes
- Out of the oven, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
