Pois chiches braisés à l'ail rôti
Ingredients
1 bunch of chard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp diced garlic
1 can of chickpeas
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 jar Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce
2 slices sourdough
Instructions
- Drain chickpeas and roughly chop chard with stems
- In a pan on medium heat, add in olive oil, garlic and chickpeas
- Season chickpeas with salt, pepper and paprika
- Add in the chard and cook down until chard becomes wilted
- Add in 1 jar Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce
- Thoroughly mix and let simmer for 5 minutes
- Place into a serving dish
- Serve with toasted sourdough and enjoy!
