Pois chiches braisés à l'ail rôti

Ingredients

1 bunch of chard

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp diced garlic

1 can of chickpeas

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tsp paprika

1 jar Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce

2 slices sourdough


 

Instructions

  1. Drain chickpeas and roughly chop chard with stems
  2. In a pan on medium heat, add in olive oil, garlic and chickpeas
  3. Season chickpeas with salt, pepper and paprika
  4. Add in the chard and cook down until chard becomes wilted
  5. Add in 1 jar Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce
  6. Thoroughly mix and let simmer for 5 minutes
  7. Place into a serving dish
  8. Serve with toasted sourdough and enjoy!
