Poêlée de petit-déjeuner Ranch d'automne
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1.5 cups sweet potatoes, cubed
1.5 cups broccoli
1 cup chorizo sausage, sliced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Italian Seasoning
1 cup Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing
2 cups shredded Tex Mex cheese
4 eggs
Instructions
- Brush a 12” cast iron skillet with olive oil
- Throw in the sweet potatoes, broccoli, chorizo sausage and mix
- Season with salt and pepper
- Top veggies with Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing and mix until the veggies are evenly coated in sauce
- Bake skillet at 400F for 30 minutes
- Out of the oven, top with tex mex cheese
- Crack eggs on top of the cheese
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes
- Finish off with a sprinkle of black pepper and enjoy!
