Pizza Margherita

Ingredients

500g pizza dough

½ jar Yo Mama’s Pizza sauce 

150g bocconcini pearls

2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

¼ cup parmesan cheese

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian Seasoning


 

Instructions

  1. Stretch pizza dough into a 10” circle and place on a baking tray
  2. Spread ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Pizza sauce evenly on the dough
  3. Top pizza with bocconcini pearls, basil and parmesan cheese
  4. Sprinkle pizza with black pepper and chili flakes
  5. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes
  6. Right out of the oven, brush the pizza crust with olive oil and Italian seasoning
  7. Slice and enjoy!
