Pizza Margherita
Ingredients
500g pizza dough
½ jar Yo Mama’s Pizza sauce
150g bocconcini pearls
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
¼ cup parmesan cheese
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Stretch pizza dough into a 10” circle and place on a baking tray
- Spread ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Pizza sauce evenly on the dough
- Top pizza with bocconcini pearls, basil and parmesan cheese
- Sprinkle pizza with black pepper and chili flakes
- Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes
- Right out of the oven, brush the pizza crust with olive oil and Italian seasoning
- Slice and enjoy!
