Pizza aux cornichons à l'aneth

Ingredients

450g pizza dough

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing

1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp dill seasoning

1 tsp red chili flakes

¼ cup spicy pickles


 

Instructions

  1. Place the pizza dough into a 12” cast iron skillet
  2. Top with Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing and spread evenly 
  3. Top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and season with black pepper, dill seasoning and ½ tsp red chili flakes 
  4. Bake at 400F for 8 minutes 
  5. Out of the oven, top the pizza with spicy pickles, the remaining shredded cheese and remaining chili flakes
  6. Bake at 400F for an additional 5 minutes
  7. Out of the oven, slice and enjoy!
