Pizza à l'aubergine et au basilic
Ingredients
- 1 Eggplant
- ½ Cup Yo Mama’s Basil Marinara Sauce
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ Cup Pepperoni Slices
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning To Garnish
Instructions
- Slice eggplant into ½” thick slices
- Place on a baking tray and using a paper towel, pat the eggplant slices to remove excess water
- Top each eggplant slice Yo Mama’s Basil marinara
- Top each eggplant slide with shredded mozzarella cheese
- Place pepperoni on each slide
- Bake at 350F for 15 minutes
- Out of the oven, top with Everything but the Bagel seasoning and enjoy!
