Pâtes roses
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Sliced Beets
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
4 x Garlic Cloves
¼ cup Goat Cheese
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
Juice from ¼ lemon
⅓ cup Boiling Water
300g Rigatoni Pasta
¼ cup Yo Mama’s Olive Oil
Garnish: Goat Cheese and Fresh Basil
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced beets, parmesan cheese, garlic cloves, goat cheese, salt, pepper, lemon juice and boiling water
- Blend until smooth
- Pour the sauce over cooked rigatoni pasta and mix until the pasta is evenly coated in sauce
- Drizzle the Pasta with Yo Mama’s Olive Oil and Mix
- Garnish with goat cheese and fresh basil
- Enjoy!
