Pâtes au citron, à la ricotta et à l'huile d'avocat

Ingredients

375g spinach fettuccine

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil

6 garlic cloves

1 tsp salt

1 cup raw spinach

½ cup green peas

½ lemon

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 tsp black pepper


 

Instructions

  1. Boil spinach fettucine in salted water until al dente
  2. In a medium pan, add in Yo Mama’s olive oil, garlic cloves and salt. Cook until fragrant 
  3. Add in spinach and green peas and sauté for 2 minutes
  4. Add in juice from ½ lemon and ricotta cheese and mix thoroughly
  5. Toss in the fettucine and evenly coat in the ricotta and oil mixture 
  6. Garnish with black pepper
  7. Enjoy!
