Patates douces et côtelettes de porc Ranch

Ingredients

1.5 cups sweet potato, cubed

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried parsley

2 x pork chops

½ tsp salt

½  tsp black pepper

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing 

2 x rosemary sprigs


 

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sweet potato, olive oil, garlic salt, paprika and dried parsley. Mix thoroughly. Set aside
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper
  3. Brush the pork chops on both sides with Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing
  4. Place a sprig of rosemary on each porkchop
  5. Place the pork chops and sweet potatoes on a baking tray and bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes
  6. Enjoy!
