Pappardelle au basilic et à la burrata
Ingredients
- 250g Pappardelle Pasta
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Pine Nuts
- ¼ Cup Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
- ½ Jar Yo Mama’s Basil Marinara
- ½ Cup Fresh Arugula
- 1 Burrata Cheese
Instructions
- Boil pappardelle pasta in salted water until al dente
- In a medium pan on medium heat, add olive oil
- Toss in pine nuts and cook until toasted
- Add in cherry tomatoes and let cook for 2 mins
- Pour ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Basil marinara sauce into the pan and stir ingredients together
- Add in fresh arugula and continue stirring
- Let sauce simmer for 2 minutes
- Add in cooked pappardelle pasta and mix until the pasta is coated in sauce
- Remove from heat and place pasta into a serving dish
- Top the pasta with burrata cheese
- Break open burrata cheese and enjoy!
