Pain au levain à l'ail italien
Ingredients
1 x Italian sourdough bread
4 slices Havarti cheese
½ cup Yo Mama’s Italian Dressing & Dip
1 tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Cut a checkerboard pattern into the sourdough round with a serrated knife. Take care not to cut all the way through the loaf
- Slice the Havarti cheese into squares and place the cheese into the slices of the sourdough
- In a separate bowl, combine Yo Mama’s Italian Dressing & Dip with minced garlic
- Pour the mixture over the sourdough round
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 30 mins or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling
