Pain au levain à l'ail italien

Ingredients

1 x Italian sourdough bread

4 slices Havarti cheese

½ cup Yo Mama’s Italian Dressing & Dip

1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut a checkerboard pattern into the sourdough round with a serrated knife. Take care not to cut all the way through the loaf 
  2. Slice the Havarti cheese into squares and place the cheese into the slices of the sourdough
  3. In a separate bowl, combine Yo Mama’s Italian Dressing & Dip with minced garlic 
  4. Pour the mixture over the sourdough round
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 30 mins or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling
