Orzo de crevettes à la poêle

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

Yo Mama’s Vodka Sauce

1 cup chicken broth

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1.5 cups orzo

⅓ cup cherry tomatoes

½ cup chopped red onion

½ lemon (juice)

9 x jumbo shrimp

1 tbsp fresh parsley

2 tbsp feta cheese


 

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a 12 inch skillet, pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Vodka Sauce
  2. Pour in the chicken broth over the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly
  3. Add in the orzo and mix until the orzo is evenly coated in the mixture
  4. Top the mixture with tomatoes, red onion, juice from ¼ lemon and jumbo shrimp 
  5. Place into a preheated oven and bake at 350F for 30 minutes ,
  6. Out of the oven, drizzle with the remaining lemon juice, fresh parsley and feta cheese
  7. Enjoy!
