Orzo de crevettes à la poêle
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
Yo Mama’s Vodka Sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1.5 cups orzo
⅓ cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup chopped red onion
½ lemon (juice)
9 x jumbo shrimp
1 tbsp fresh parsley
2 tbsp feta cheese
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a 12 inch skillet, pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Vodka Sauce
- Pour in the chicken broth over the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly
- Add in the orzo and mix until the orzo is evenly coated in the mixture
- Top the mixture with tomatoes, red onion, juice from ¼ lemon and jumbo shrimp
- Place into a preheated oven and bake at 350F for 30 minutes ,
- Out of the oven, drizzle with the remaining lemon juice, fresh parsley and feta cheese
- Enjoy!
