Muffins de pizza au basilic
Ingredients
300g biscuit dough (7 biscuits)
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic salt
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp pepper
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
⅓ cup + 1 tbsp mini pepperoni
⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce
Instructions
- Slice the biscuit dough into quarters and place into a medium bowl
- To the dough, add in the olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, shredded mozzarella cheese, and ⅓ cup mini pepperoni. Mix thoroughly
- Divide the biscuit dough into 6 and place into a large greased muffin tin
- Top with the remaining pepperoni
- Bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and the edges are slightly caramelized
- Out of the oven, serve with Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce
- Enjoy!
