Jambon Holiday

Ingredients

1kg smoked ham

1.5 cups fresh cranberries

1 cup honey

½ cup Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup

¼ cup yellow mustard

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

¼ tsp ground ginger

Rosemary sprigs

1 tsp fresh cloves


 

Instructions

  1. Place ham into a large baking dish
  2. Add fresh cranberries around the ham and set aside
  3. In a bowl, combine the honey, Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce and ground ginger. Mix until smooth 
  4. Generously brush glaze onto the ham
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary
  6. Push fresh cloves into the surface of the ham 
  7. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
  8. Out of the oven, slice and serve with the remaining glaze
  9. Enjoy!
