Gratin de patates à la sauce Buffalo
Ingredients
3 cups frozen tater tots
1 cup pulled pork
1 jalapeno
¼ cup sliced green onion
2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese
½ cup chopped red onion
1 cup Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce
1 tsp fresh cilantro
Instructions
- To a greased 12” cast iron skillet, add in the frozen tater tots and pulled pork
- Bake at 400F for 15 minutes
- Out of the oven and top the baked tater tots with 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
- Add in the jalapeno, red onion and green onion
- Top with Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce and the remaining shredded cheddar jack cheese
- Bake at 400F for an additional 15 minutes
- Out of the oven, top with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
