Gratin de patates à la sauce Buffalo

Ingredients

3 cups frozen tater tots

1 cup pulled pork

1 jalapeno 

¼ cup sliced green onion

2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese

½ cup chopped red onion

1 cup Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce

1 tsp fresh cilantro


 

Instructions

  1. To a greased 12” cast iron skillet, add in the frozen tater tots and pulled pork 
  2. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes 
  3. Out of the oven and top the baked tater tots with 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese 
  4. Add in the jalapeno, red onion and green onion 
  5. Top with Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce and the remaining shredded cheddar jack cheese
  6. Bake at 400F for an additional 15 minutes 
  7. Out of the oven, top with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
