Gnocchi au four à l'ail rôti
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1.5 cups spicy Italian sausage
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
450g gnocchi
1 jar Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce
¼ cup water
4 tbsp ricotta cheese
220g slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
¼ tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Garnish: Fresh basil
Instructions
In a medium pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil
- Cook spicy Italian sausage until brown and season with salt and pepper
- Place Italian sausage in a 12 inch cast iron skillet and spread evenly throughout the skillet
- Add in the gnocchi and top with Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce
- Mix until gnocchi and sausage are coated in sauce
- Add in water and thoroughly mix
- Top mixture with ricotta cheese, mozzarella and parsley
- Bake at 400F for 40 minutes
- Out of the oven, top with parmesan cheese and fresh basil
- Enjoy!
