Gâteau à la citrouille et à l'huile d'olive
Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin purée
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
½ cup Yo Mama’s Olive Oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1 + ½ tsp pumpkin spice
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Topping: your favorite cream cheese frosting and fruit of choice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the pumpkin purée, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, Yo Mama’s Olive Oil and vanilla extract
- Mix thoroughly and set aside
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly
- Pour in the dry mixture into the pumpkin mixture
- Fold the mixture until you can no longer see any dry ingredients in the batter
- Grease an 8” circle baking tin and pour in the batter
- Bake at 350F for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Out of the oven, let the cake cool for 20 minutes
- Top with your favorite cream cheese frosting and fruit of choice
- Slice and enjoy!
