Fettucine Alfredo classique
Ingredients
400g fettuccine
2 tbsp diced onion
1 jar Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
¼ cup grated parmesan
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in 8 cups of boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside
- In a medium pan on medium heat, cook the diced onion until caramelized
- Pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce and mix
- Top with pepper and 1 tsp dried oregano and mix
- Add the fettuccine pasta into the sauce and mix thoroughly until the pasta is coated in sauce
- Sprinkle the remaining oregano
- Place the fettuccine into a serving dish and top with dried basil and grated parmesan cheese
- Enjoy!
