Cuisson de saumon au vin rosé
Ingredients
- 1 Jar of Yo Mama’s Rosé Sauce
- ½ Cup Heavy Cream
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 6 Garlic Cloves, Sliced
- ½ Tsp Salt and Pepper
- 2 ½ Cups Button Mushrooms
- 1 Cup Spinach
- ½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes
- ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan
Instructions
- In a 9 x 13” casserole baking dish with lid, add 1 whole jar of Yo Mama’s Rosé sauce
- Add in the heavy cream and combine with the sauce
- Place 4 salmon fillets into the dish
- Top the salmon with garlic, salt and pepper, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes
- Gently mix the ingredients together
- Place the lid on top of the dish and bake at 350F for 30 mins
- Out of the oven, remove the lid and gently mix
- Top with grated parmesan
- Serve with toasted bread and enjoy!
