Coupelles de pâte feuilletée à la marinara

Ingredients

2 x puff pastry sheets

6 tbsp Yo Mama’s Marinara Sauce

1 cup pancetta

100g brie cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

⅓ cup dried cranberries

Garnish: rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Grease a large muffin tin with 6 wells
  2. Slice the puff pastry into 12 equal pieces and place them into the muffin tin. Each well will contain 2 overlapping pieces 
  3. To each puff pastry cup, add in Yo Mama’s Marinara Sauce, pancetta, brie cheese, mozzarella cheese and dried cranberries 
  4. Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Out of them oven, let cool for 10 minutes and garnish with rosemary 
  6. Enjoy!
