Choux de Bruxelles festifs aux canneberges

Ingredients

2 cups brussel sprouts, halved

1 cup fresh cranberries

1 cup pancetta

½ cup Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

3 fresh rosemary sprigs

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt


 

Instructions

  1. Slice brussel sprouts in half and place in a large bowl
  2. To the bowl, add in the fresh cranberries and pancetta. Set aside
  3. In a small bowl, combine Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup with the brown sugar and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until smooth
  4. Pour mixture over brussel sprouts, cranberries and pancetta mixture. Mix until evenly coated
  5. Pour mixture onto a baking tray with parchment paper and garnish with rosemary sprigs
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
