Choux de Bruxelles festifs aux canneberges
Ingredients
2 cups brussel sprouts, halved
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup pancetta
½ cup Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 fresh rosemary sprigs
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Slice brussel sprouts in half and place in a large bowl
- To the bowl, add in the fresh cranberries and pancetta. Set aside
- In a small bowl, combine Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup with the brown sugar and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until smooth
- Pour mixture over brussel sprouts, cranberries and pancetta mixture. Mix until evenly coated
- Pour mixture onto a baking tray with parchment paper and garnish with rosemary sprigs
- Season with salt and pepper
- Bake at 400F for 30 minutes
