Casserole de crevettes au vin de Bourgogne et feta
Ingredients
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
⅓ cup diced red onion
¼ cup sliced fresh jalapeno
1 cup fresh spinach
½ cup tiger shrimp, peeled and tail on
1 jar Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine Sauce
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
1 cup feta cheese
Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil
- Add in diced red onion and cook until transparent
- Add in the jalapenos and spinach and cook until spinach becomes wilted
- Add in the tiger shrimp
- Once the shrimp is almost fully cooked, add in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine sauce
- Mix thoroughly and let simmer for 2 minutes
- Add Salt and pepper, and mix
- Let simmer for 10 minutes
- Remove from heat and place the shrimp mixture into a baking dish
- Crumble feta cheese on top of the dish and garnish with fresh parsley
- Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until feta cheese becomes slightly golden
- Out of the oven, cool for 5 mins and enjoy!
- Can be served over rice or with bread
