Casserole de boulettes de viande à la marinara
Ingredients
- 1LB Ground Beef
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- ¼ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp White Pepper
- ½ Tsp Paprika
- ½ Tsp Dried Parsley
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 Jar Yo Mama’s Marinara Sauce
- 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, Chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, add in the ground beef, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, parmesan cheese and egg
- Mix until combined and set aside
- In a 9” x 9” baking dish, add ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce
- Scoop meatballs using a medium ice cream scoop and roll to form a meatball
- Place meatballs side by side in the baking dish
- Bake at 400F for 15 minutes
- Out of the oven top the meatballs with the remaining ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce
- Top with 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- Bake for an additional 8 minutes (or until cheese is melted)
- Garnish with basil and enjoy!
