Caprese Flatbread

Ingredients

1 store-bought flatbread

1/2 cup Yo Mama Basil Tomato Sauce

8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced

6 cherry tomatoes sliced

½ cup julienned fresh basil 

¼ cup grated Parmesan 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread on the Yo Mama Basil Tomato Sauce. Add the mozzarella slices and tomatoes.
  3. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is warmed through.
  4. Serve topped with parmesan and fresh basil.
