Cabillaud au four avec sauce à l'ail rôti
Ingredients
1 jar Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce
1 large cod fillet
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
⅓ cup kalamata olives
1 tbsp capers
3 lemon slices
Garnish: fresh basil
Instructions
- In a large baking dish, pour in 1 full jar of Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce
- Place large cod fillet in the center of the baking dish
- Season with salt and pepper
- Add in garlic, olives and capers
- Top fillet with lemon slices
- Bake at 350F for 15 minutes
- Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
