Cabillaud au four avec sauce à l'ail rôti

Ingredients

1 jar Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce

1 large cod fillet

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

5 cloves of garlic, chopped

⅓ cup kalamata olives

1 tbsp capers

3 lemon slices

Garnish: fresh basil


 

Instructions

  1. In a large baking dish, pour in 1 full jar of Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce
  2. Place large cod fillet in the center of the baking dish
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Add in garlic, olives and capers
  5. Top fillet with lemon slices
  6. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes 
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
