Bol style fajita au vinaigre balsamique

2 cups skirt steak strips
1 + 1 tsp salt
1 + 1 tsp pepper
1 cup Yo Mama’s Balsamic Dressing
2 cups fajita veggies (sliced sweet peppers and onions)
2 cups brown rice
Garnish: black pepper
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, season the steak strips with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
- Pour in Yo Mama’s Balsamic Dressing and mix thoroughly. Let sit for 20 minutes
- In a separate bowl, season the fajita veggies with the remaining salt and pepper and mix
- Air Fry the meat and veggies at 400F for 10 minutes
- Out of the air fryer, place the meat over brown rice and garnish with black pepper
- Enjoy!
