Bol de soba asiatique au sésame

Ingredients

350g buckwheat soba noodles

1 cup Yo Mama’s Asian Sesame Dressing 

⅓ cup shredded carrots

½ cup edamame

⅓ cup shredded purple cabbage

½ cup steamed buk choy

1 cup king oyster mushrooms

Garnish:

Sesame seeds

Green onion


 

Instructions

  1. Boil soba noodles and place in a large bowl
  2. Pour 1 cup Yo Mama’s Asian Sesame Dressing onto noodles and mix until noodles are coated in sauce
  3. Top Noodles with carrots, edamame, cabbage, buk choy and mushrooms
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion
  5. Can be served hot or cold
  6. Enjoy!
