Bol de légumes rôtis au vinaigre balsamique
Ingredients
7 halved brussel sprouts 3 mini carrots 3 slices of portobello mushroom 1/2 cup broccoli 1/2 cup cubed sweet potatoes 1/2 cup chickpeas 3/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp paprika 1 tsp dried Rosemary 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 cup brown rice 1/3 cup of Yo Mama's Balsamic DressingInstructions
- Chop cup brussel sprouts.
- Peel Carrots.
- Add all veggies to a baking sheet.
- Mix olive oil, garlic salt, paprika, rosemary and black pepper together.
- Cover veggies with olive oil mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.
- Cook brown rice.
- Add rice to bowl. Top with cooked veggies and balsamic dressing.
- Enjoy!
