Bol de crevettes et riz à la grecque

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil 

11 shrimps, peeled 

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp dried parsley 

2 cups brown rice 

2 mini cucumbers, sliced

¼ cup kalamata olives

¼ cup sliced cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp tzatziki 

1 tbsp red onion, sliced

Garnish: lemon and fresh dill

¼ cup Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing


 

Instructions

  1. In a pan on medium heat, add olive oil, shrimps, salt, pepper and dried parsley 
  2. Cook until shrimp until pink and set aside
  3. In a bowl, add in brown rice and top with sliced cucumbers, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, tzatziki, red onion and lemon
  4. Pour ¼ cup of Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing evenly over the rice, shrimp and vegetables 
  5. Garnish with fresh dill and enjoy!
