Tofu Buffalo frit à l'air
Ingredients

454g extra firm tofu
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce
⅓ cup ranch
1 tsp fresh parsley
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the tofu into bite sized cubes
- Place into a bowl and season with salt and pepper
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Air fry the tofu at 400F for 20 minutes
- Out of the airfryer, place the tofu into a mixing bowl and evenly coat in Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce
- Garnish with fresh parsley
- Serve with ranch and enjoy!
