Tarte à la pizza au potiron

Ingredients

200g pie crust 

3 tbsp Yo Mama’s Spicy Marinara Sauce

3 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp mini pepperoni

1 egg


 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Roll out the pie crust, and using a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter, punch out 6 pumpkin shapes
  3. To 3 of the pumpkins, add Yo Mama’s Spicy Marinara Sauce, mozzarella sauce and mini pepperoni 
  4. Place the second pumpkin crust over the first and seal the edges of the crust with a fork 
  5. Place the pumpkins onto a baking tray and brush with the egg wash (beaten egg) 
  6. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown 
  7. Out of the  oven, let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy! 


 

Yields 3 pumpkin pie pizzas
