Spaghetti au vin rouge
Ingredients
454g spaghetti
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup chopped garlic
1 cup cabernet sauvignon
¾ jar of Yo Mama’s Original Marinara
8 fresh basil leaves
¼ cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente and set aside
- In a medium pot, add in olive oil and chopped garlic. Cook until the garlic becomes fragrant and golden brown
- Add in the cabernet sauvignon and salt and mix
- When the mixture is at a soft boil, mix in Yo Mama’s Original Marinara
- Let simmer and stir until the sauce thickens
- Add in fresh basil leaves and continue to stir
- Lower the heat and toss in the spaghetti evenly coating the pasta in sauce
- Remove from the heat and plate
- Garnish with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
