Saumon en croûte de pistache

Ingredients

1 cup sour cream

¼ cup Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

½ tsp fresh dill

2 x salmon filets

1 cup crushed pistachios

Garnish: 2 lemon slices

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, combine the sour cream and Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing. Mix thoroughly
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Add fresh dill and mix 
  3. Spread the sour cream mixture over the 2 salmon filets 
  4. Coat the top of the salmon with crushed pistachios
  5. Air Fry at 350F for 8-10 minutes 
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and enjoy!
