Saumon BBQ à l'érable avec quinoa de récolte

Ingredients

2 x salmon filets 

¼ tsp salt 

¼ tsp black pepper

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s BBQ sauce

1 tbsp Maple syrup 

2 cups quinoa

⅓ cup microgreens

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp pecans

Handful of dried cranberries


 

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper. Set aside
  2. In a bowl, combine Yo Mama’s BBQ sauce with the maple syrup. Mix thoroughly
  3. Generously brush the sauce onto the salmon
  4. Place salmon filets on a baking tray and bake at 350F for 15 minutes
  5. While the salmon is baking, in a separate bowl, combine the quinoa, microgreens, pumpkin seeds, pecans and toss 
  6. Garnish with dried cranberries
  7. Place salmon on top of the quinoa salad and brush with the remaining BBQ sauce mixture
  8. Enjoy!
