Sandwich portobello à la marinara

Ingredients

  • 6 Portobello Mushrooms - Stems Removed
  • 2 Tsp Olive Oil 
  • ⅛ Tsp Salt
  • ⅛ Tsp Pepper
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Ciabatta Buns
  • 4 Tbsp Yo Mama’s Marinara Sauce 
  • ¼ Cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 Tbsp Goat Cheese
  • ½ Cup Micro Arugula


 

Instructions

  1. Place portobello mushrooms on a baking tray and brush with olive oil 
  2. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
  3. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes 
  4. Slice 2 x ciabatta buns in half and place 1 tbsp of Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce on the bottom bun 
  5. To assemble, add mushroom, roasted red pepper, goat cheese and arugula
  6. Add 1 tbsp of Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce on the top bun
  7. Place the top bun onto the sandwich and secure with a sandwich pick 
  8. Enjoy!
