Rigatoni aux saucisses piquantes

Ingredients

½ Yellow onion

300g spicy Italian sausage

450g rigatoni

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes

2 cups spinach

1 jar of Yo MAma's Spicy Marinara

parmesan flakes

1 tsp chili flakes

salt and pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop onion
  2. Remove sausage from casing and chip
  3. Cook rigatoni in salted water and stain
  4. In pam, add olive oil and onions into pan and sausage.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook.
  6. Add in sun-dried tomatoes, simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. Fold in spinich. 
  8. Add spicy marinara to sausage mixture. Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
  9. Add cooked rigatoni to mixture.
  10. Plate and enjoy!
