Poêlée de petit-déjeuner Ranch d'automne

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

1.5 cups sweet potatoes, cubed

1.5 cups broccoli 

1 cup chorizo sausage, sliced

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp Italian Seasoning

1 cup Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing

2 cups shredded Tex Mex cheese

4 eggs


 

Instructions

  1. Brush a 12” cast iron skillet with olive oil
  2. Throw in the sweet potatoes, broccoli, chorizo sausage and mix
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Top veggies with Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing and mix until the veggies are evenly coated in sauce
  5. Bake skillet at 400F for 30 minutes
  6. Out of the oven, top with tex mex cheese 
  7. Crack eggs on top of the cheese
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes
  9. Finish off with a sprinkle of black pepper and enjoy!
