Pizza profonde à la poêle au vin Chianti

Ingredients

782g pizza dough 

1 jar Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce

8 slices provolone cheese

300g sirloin beef strips

2 cups shredded tex mex cheese 

120g pepperoni slices

¼ cup sliced jalapeno 

½ cup sliced black olives


 

Instructions

  1. Brush a 12” cast iron skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil 
  2. Place 391g of pizza dough into the skillet and press evenly throughout the skillet
  3. Top with ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce and spread evenly on the crust
  4. Add 8 slices of provolone cheese and the sirloin beef strips 
  5. Place 391g pizza dough on top and press evenly across the skillet 
  6. Add the remaining Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce and spread it evenly across the dough 
  7. Top with 2 cups tex mex cheese, pepperoni, jalapenos and black olives
  8. Bake at 425F for 30 minutes 
  9. Slice and enjoy!
