Pizza profonde à la poêle au vin Chianti
Ingredients
782g pizza dough
1 jar Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce
8 slices provolone cheese
300g sirloin beef strips
2 cups shredded tex mex cheese
120g pepperoni slices
¼ cup sliced jalapeno
½ cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- Brush a 12” cast iron skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil
- Place 391g of pizza dough into the skillet and press evenly throughout the skillet
- Top with ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce and spread evenly on the crust
- Add 8 slices of provolone cheese and the sirloin beef strips
- Place 391g pizza dough on top and press evenly across the skillet
- Add the remaining Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce and spread it evenly across the dough
- Top with 2 cups tex mex cheese, pepperoni, jalapenos and black olives
- Bake at 425F for 30 minutes
- Slice and enjoy!
