Pizza à la marinara KETO
Ingredients
Crust:
- 2 ½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 Large Egg, Beaten
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- ⅓ Cup Yo Mama’s Marinara Sauce
Toppings:
- 1 ½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 15 Slices Pepperoni
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese
- Place bowl in the microwave and heat for 55-60 seconds
- Mix cheese mixture thoroughly and add in 1 beaten egg
- Add in almond flour and mix until a dough forms
- Top a pizza tray with parchment paper and place pizza dough on top
- Using your fingers, press dough outwards to form an 8” crust
- Bake at 425F for 10 mins until golden brown
- Out of the oven, top with Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce and pepperoni slices
- Bake for another 5 minutes (or until the cheese is melted)
- Cool pizza for 5 minutes
- Slice and enjoy!
